About Care Partners

20 years ago Care Partners was born!  Yes, right here on the Iron Range!  And ever since, we have had the privilege to help thousands of men, women, and children facing cancer or life-limiting illnesses.

Today, more than ever, patients diagnosed with cancer or life-limiting illness are not only battling the physical side effects of their prescribed treatment but also financial consequences directly related to their diagnosis.

To better serve residents of the Iron Range, we have designed a new website.  This project started in 2020 after we received a grant from the Cliff’s Foundation.  The goal was to create a Care Partners virtual community – a place where Iron Rangers can connect, learn, seek help, and feel supported.

We invite you to explore our new site.  If you need help, you can enroll online.  If you need assistance finding other resources, take a look at our trusted resource page.  Wondering how we have helped others, please read some of the stories.  If you have questions about a specific topic, why not start a topic in the forum and reach out to others who have faced the same situation.  But most importantly – we are here for you – and we urge you to reach out to us at any time!

Care Partners will not cure cancer or other life-altering illnesses – but we believe supporting and assisting individuals and families not only promotes positive health outcomes for the individual but also the communities we call the Iron Range!
